We pick up cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATV’s, boats, holiday trailers (both bumper pull and fifth ball or gooseneck hitch), and other units.

You are welcome to contact your secured creditor and advise them that you are intending to surrender your vehicle, however, this is not necessary. Night and Day Storage will reach out to your secured creditor once you have submitted the Client Intake form, signed the Client Release form (link on home page) and Night and Day Storage has picked up your vehicle(s) or unit(s) and it is at our secured storage facility.

There is no cost to you for the pickup and storage of the vehicle. We will arrange the payment for our services directly with your secured creditor.

Provided that the vehicle has not been returned to your secured creditor, the vehicle can be returned to you, however, you will be responsible for all towing and storage cost that have been incurred.

No, you don’t have to be there when your vehicle or unit is picked up. However, you will need to arrange for our driver to have access to the vehicle or unit and have the keys delivered to our driver when the vehicle or unit is picked up.

Yes, arrangements can be made to pick up of your vehicle or unit at a location of your choice.

Insurance can be cancelled after your vehicle or unit has been picked up.

Before your trailer or vehicle is picked up, please ensure all personal items are out of your trailer or vehicle, take off your license plate and have all set(s) of keys ready to hand over to our driver - that’s it!
